Artist Biography
Tabitha Mann (b.
1992) grew up in Canberra , Australia , she developed an
interest in photography early on as she was taken to gallery openings regularly
by her parents.
Tabitha photographs and documents her surroundings. Her pictures explore the stimulating, yet empathetic existence of youth; the often soft focus and low lighting contrasted with saturated colours suggests a dreamlike state.
Tabitha’s work has been exhibited at The Huw Davies Gallery, Grande’s CafĂ© and Gallery in Manuka, The High Court, The Front Gallery and Cafe and the School of Art Gallery. Tabitha began study of her Bachelor of Photography at the Canberra Institute of Technology in 2012.

Tabitha was elected to be on the PhotoAccess Board and was also elected to be
the Huw Davies Gallery Committee Convener.
